We hear it time and again. The recipe for success with your network marketing business is duplication.

This little concept is also known as “sponsoring a large group of people to do a few things over a consistent period of time”.

You do what your leaders tell you. You follow the company party line. You work your business every day. You network. You look for the “right” people.

Alas, prospects aren’t returning your phone calls, and most of those you DO sponsor aren’t working.

Here’s the rub: Many marketing tools work. Most do not duplicate.

MLM has been around for more than 60 years. It has always had a bad rap. Most of it’s well-deserved. But the industry has come to its senses at last. Since you’re out here doing your research, you know that MLM is entering the business mainstream in a very powerful way.

For the sake of argument, let’s say network marketing companies ARE more accepted. More of you are looking for the right company, and there are more of the “right” companies for you to find.

Here is the statistic that continues to strike fear in the hearts of those considering this business:

95% of people who start an MLM business will quit.
Regardless of the techniques, strategies and the hard core “even a 5 year old can do this” trainings, only 5% are cut out for this business.

Why then are distributor drop-out rates and success ratios the same as they have been for the past 60 years?

There are millions of excuses for why it does not work for people, and only one reason why it will work.

The big secret?: Personal development. Your success in life and in business lies in making continuous and committed actions towards the person you want to become.

It all comes down to who you ARE, what you THINK and what you DO with that knowledge.

It’s hard. It’s time consuming. It can even be painful. Only 5% of the population takes the initiative to do this self-improvement.
